Hi, I'm Margaret

I build the systems that help your practice breathe.

Before becoming a virtual assistant, I spent over a decade working as a chef in small, locally owned kitchens. In that world, “chef” meant much more than cooking. I managed inventory, ordering, scheduling, costs, marketing support, and all the behind-the-scenes details that kept things working.

Over time, I realized I loved the operational side of things just as much as the creative side. Building systems, organizing moving pieces, and creating structure came naturally to me.

In 2022, I made the shift into virtual assistant work. That decision was shaped, in part, by my own experience in therapy. Working with a therapist who supported me through a major life transition gave me a firsthand appreciation for the impact thoughtful, compassionate care can have- and how much goes into creating that experience for clients.

Today, I work primarily with therapists, wellness professionals, and private practice owners who are balancing meaningful client work with the realities of running a business. I bring the same skills I relied on for years in kitchens-organization, adaptability, problem-solving, and an eye for the details- to helping practices work better.

Outside of work, I'm an avid reader, a devoted dog and cat mom, and happiest when I'm hiking a trail or spending the day by the ocean. I also volunteer with my local abortion fund and animal rescue.

Supporting people, building community, and helping things run a little more smoothly are values that show up in my personal life just as much as they do in my work.
